Tim Hoolihan is the Treasurer and Vice-President of Van Norstrand & Hoolihan, CPA's, P.C. and heads the Rhinebeck, New York office. A Hudson Valley native, Tim brings over 30 years of diversified accounting experience to the firm. His deep roots in the community are reflected in his service on multiple local boards and his commitment to personalized client service.
