About Tim
Tim Hoolihan is the Treasurer and Vice-President of Van Norstrand & Hoolihan, CPA's, P.C. and heads the Rhinebeck, New York office. A lifelong Hudson Valley resident and former captain of the Dutchess Community College basketball team, Tim joined the firm as a partner to lead the New York office. With over 35 years of experience, he's built lasting relationships with thousands of clients throughout the region. Tim believes in treating every client like a friend, taking the time to understand their situation and explain their options clearly. His deep roots in the community are reflected in his service on multiple local boards.
