About Our Firm

When Maggie Van Norstrand and Tim Hoolihan founded our firm in the Hudson Valley in 1990, they didn't want to build just another accounting practice. They wanted to create a place where clients worked with the same experienced team members year after year. Where calls and emails got returned in a timely manner. Where you could sit down, have a real conversation, and leave with clarity and confidence.

As word spread throughout Rhinebeck and the surrounding communities, the practice grew. In 1994, Maggie opened a second office in Round Rock, Texas to serve the rapidly growing Austin metro area, while Tim continued to lead the New York office.

Today, three decades later, we're still running the firm the same way Maggie and Tim always have: treating every client like a friend. Our average client relationship lasts well over a decade. Many have been with us since the beginning. And we're proud that when you call our office, you'll talk to someone who knows your name and your story.
